Domestic orders: Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time, larger custom
orders may take longer. An additional 1-2 weeks to receive your order. You’ll get
an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information.
International orders: Please allow us 1-2 weeks for production. However, actual
delivery times will vary depending on your location, your items ordered, and your
country’s custom regulations. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your
order has been shipped, with tracking information. Our international shipping
charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees.
**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that your country may have
additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees
and do not have info on how these fees work in different countries. The
customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when
you receive your package. International shipments generally take 7-21 days to
arrive***
Damages: It is rare but unavoidable that the occasional order is damaged in the
shipping process. **NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages!! We send all
products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s
way to you – it is the fault of the delivery service. In that case send us an e-mail
with the name used in the order including the your order number followed with a
picture and/or video of the package. If you have ordered more than 1 item and
only 1 is damaged please include the product name/ number for that item.
You will receive the return address in our confirmation email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund
will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on
your bank.
